Is The Dean close to public transportation?

Yes, The Dean is centrally located to many T-Cat stops. Three main stops are Green Street, State Street and Stewart Avenue, and Seneca Street Station.

Water and sewer are included utilities at The Dean. Electricity will need to be set up separately through NYSEG. Trash/Recycling is $175 per year. WiFi is $240 per person per year.
